Working with Government departments to promote design based techniques in policymaking, including service and user centred design, ethnography, data science and visualisation, behavioural insights and prototyping.

Supporting police forces to become digital by working with tech experts and forces to co-design a set of digital capabilities that set out what a digital force looks like and the working with the College of Policing to develop a programme of support to provide funding and collect evidence to help forces adopt these.
