7/6/2017 I was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations. Was responsible for Performance and Operational needs for all of our Clients we service. My team of VPO's and AGM's / GM's manages our operational staff within our 3 offices which are located in Jacksonville Florida, Portland Oregon and Louisville Kentucky. Between myself, VPO's, AGM's /GM's and other operational support roles at DCI, not only do we carry over a hundred years of experience altogether within this business, but we also have over a hundred years of experience combined working in this business TOGETHER as a team. We will continue working diligently within Operations leading the way in providing world class service for all of our Clients Operational needs while having a dominant performance that is executed Legally, Morally, and Ethically.Want to know more? 3/16/2016 I was promoted to Vice President of Operations - Jacksonville Division. I was responsible for all Operational needs for all clients within the facilities located in Jacksonville. At that time, I worked hand in hand with our Vice President of Operations in Portland Oregon to fulfill a Legal, Moral and Ethical performance while providing undeniable recovery results for all of our Clients. With our amazing team, we accomplished that and much more where we grew more than what we could imagine in such a short time frame. With our consistent dominant results to our Clients, we were able to expand and open a facility in Louisville Kentucky May of 2017. We also started expanding outside and beyond our specialty of the Telecom world and will continue to carry on our Legal, Moral and Ethical performance for all Clients we represent past, present and future.

8/1/2014 I was promoted to Cable and Satellite Operations Manager. We opened a new facility to house all of our cable clients and I was responsible for all of their operational needs. This office grew over time to carry an FTE of over 300 Collectors and 25 Supervisors after the extension buildout. This also includes the extension that was later done to include another division for a new Client we added. All Clients worked within this office had an awesome track record of a strong dominant performance that allowed us to gain even more opportunities we couldn't even fathom.

4/9/2012 I was promoted to Project Manager. I treated this project as my baby and throughout the years, grew this project up. We grew it to have several segments within this portfolio and to this day have many years of a dominant performance reflecting a strong #1 ranking within each segment. I also grew my skills I learned as a Supervisor even stronger. More skills were in need to be sharpened as being organized with my time while multitasking between the projects and units that worked these segments was a challenging balance, but nevertheless, I got the job done effectively and efficiently.

12/11/2007 I was promoted from a Collector to a Supervisor. We had roughly 15 Supervisors with a few hundred Agents at that time. I was a Supervisor for many years and learned a lot of my Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, Motivational Speaking Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Training Skills and much more during this time. I helped mold and grow my Agents that were on my team. I was rewarded the opportunity to watch them grow even more wiser and mature professionally within their career at DCI as I had very little attrition under my guidance. I had a few mentors to thank who helped me on my way which included Gordon Beck, our original founder Mark Zehnder and Charlotte just to name a few. My driven performance as a top collector was taught to my team and allowed my team to compete to the top ranks within DCI. I also found pride in my team along with the Clients we represented and worked for. We always strived to be the best and the results would fall align accordingly to our efforts.

I began my journey with Diversified Consultants Inc 2/25/2002 as a collector. When I started, we had about 30 Agents within 3 teams. I had a lot to learn as my experience was in First Party Collections work. So- I learned quickly as I am very competitive and wanted to put my work to the test. By my second full month, I became a top performer and improved as each month went on. I started becoming more knowledgeable in this industry and continued learning more and more as each year surpassed. With our company's growing performance, we started new opportunities with more Clients and was no longer as small as we were when I first started. Rather outgrew the facility and moved into one that housed hundreds of FTE for Agents, Supervisors and back office departments.Little did I know it was the beginning to my successful career.
