Delivered a range of Domestic Abuse Housing Alliance (DAHA) virtual training courses to housing professionals from local authority housing departments and Registered Providers. Co-designed a DAHA Champions framework and training package.

Southampton (Remote)

Worked with Southampton City Council to understand Part Four Domestic Abuse Act 2021 duties. Conducted a duty implementation fitness check and provided expert steer on development required, including Strategic Board development to ensure legislative compliance. Undertook a Safe Accommodation Needs Assessment and developed SCC's Safe Accommodation Strategy.

Pan Sussex (Fully Remote)

Providing the Pan Sussex Domestic Abuse Strategic Board with an independent chair function.

Buckinghamshire (Fully Remote)

Provided expert strategic commissioning input into procurement of domestic and sexual violence and abuse services, including leading on development of specifications and tender method statement questions. Provided strategic input into development of the Whole Housing Approach, supporting the council to enhance housing options for victims and survivors and further supporting the council to fulfil Part Four Domestic Abuse Act 2021 duty.

Oxfordshire (Fully Remote)

Working within the Public Health Directorate in Oxfordshire County Council. Supported with elements of Part Four Domestic Abuse Act 2021 duty implementation. Led on a public consultation on the Safe Accommodation Strategy, including developing an approach to consultation with children and young people. Developed a Domestic Abuse Communications Strategy. Scoped out opportunities to develop a strategic data and intelligence led approach underpinned by public health violence prevention principles, producing a business case for Strategic Board consideration. Worked closed with the consultant leading the Lived Experience Advisory Group (LEAG) and a children and young people's organisation to develop Oxfordshire's approach to embedding the views and voices of lived experience throughout the domestic abuse partnership.

Designed and delivered a series of capacity building workshops and webinars for the social care sector. Provided one-to-one capacity building consultancy support to providers, including support with navigating local authority tendering processes.

Worked across a range of portfolio areas in health / social care commissioning, including domestic and sexual violence and housing with care and support. Gained experience of the full commissioning cycle; undertaking needs assessments, developing strategies, commissioning / procuring services, contract management / performance management, market engagement / development and working within a co-production driven framework throughout the cycle. Led on elements of supported housing transformation programme. Lead-commissioner for Extra Care Housing, commissioning services across 8 schemes, with an approximate value of £14m P/A.

Co-ordinated the borough's MARAC (multi agency risk assessment conference- a panel for high risk victim survivors of domestic abuse). Developed processes to ensure compliance with data protection and information sharing legislation/guidance. Worked with partners and stakeholders to ensure best practice model of MARAC was developed and maintained and increased engagement. Undertook strategic development work on VAWG (Violence against Women and Girls), such as the development of a VAWG Strategy.
