Cat Everett is an independent consultant and strategic leader working in the field of domestic abuse and sexual violence. Cat works with strategic, multiagency partnerships and their agencies and stakeholders to enhance their ability to respond to the complex challenges posed by domestic abuse and sexual violence and their cross-cutting impacts on individuals, populations, communities, and services. Cat has demonstrable expertise and experience, gained over her 19-year career, spanning frontline practitioner and service manager roles, training development and delivery, strategic commissioning, and leadership roles in local government. Cat’s work is underpinned by intersectional feminist perspectives and gender and trauma informed understanding of domestic abuse and sexual violence.
