I am a self-motivated, mature individual with excellent organizational skills and a keen sense of humour. Working 12 years for non-profit groups as Administrator, I have developed contacts in the Hotel and Catering businesses as well as industry, government and educational contacts.I am available as Administrator to any group who wishes to raise their profile, increase membership and sponsorship, have profitable events and wants to keep current. I always keep my groups on a personal level... knowing names, not numbers... and have worked as Administrator for the Canadian Council for the Americas, Calgary; Alberta Geomatics Group; Alberta Society of Surveying & Mapping Technologies as well as event planning on a regular basis for the World Petroleum Congress and other events for RICS, SAIT and some Communities. I have also developed, formatted and delivered 7 Community Newsletters in the Calgary area.As an Office Manager, I have had a great deal of experience interacting with staff in a number of different offices including manufacturing, insurance brokerage, travel and non-profit.
