Mend Assembly is a local collective of designers and makers working to change our relationship with our wardrobes. We create local and global content and social sessions on anything from hand darning /mending to print making and everything in between. We now have an amazing website and a vibrant physical space. Our flagship Mend Assembly studio in our home town of Totnes is where we are realising our vision of; running workshops; a permanent clothes swap; a repairs and alteration service; and beginning to formulate our micro-production facility.We are always looking for seamstresses and workshop leaders and have studio space available for hire by the hour or day, plus various membership options, so please get in touch or pop in if interested.
