Hello there, my name is Catriona Maciver-Whyte, but since that's a bit of a mouthful, I go by Cat. After studying at Duncan of Jordanstone, I graduated with my honours degree in graphic design. I now consider myself an illustrator/designer/digital artist.Everything has always begun with a pencil and paper. It's a habit I have that I don't seem to be able to break. I then take the drawings to the computer and play with them until they look right. I love strong colours, bold shapes, fun lettering and typography, and a dramatic Gradient.Other than my art, I'm a bit of a geek that enjoys an engaging story in any nerdy format. Cooking is my other passion, always from scratch and probably with marmite or hot sauce, although not at the same time (yet!).
