After formally changing positions to a Manager, I sought out to hire and encourage the growth of very hardworking and talented individuals. Over 2 years, I had the opportunity to lead my team through the closure and shut down of all of our 26 offices to conserve the life of our assets. Along with the re-opening of most of those offices and the continued efforts of new builds. These exercises strengthened my understanding of project and asset management. Reformatted our entire knowledge base to transfer to a new ticketing system, took on the administration of two more applications designed to make hybrid work easier and reduce our cost for softphone solutions (Miro, and Spokephone). Continued to provide event support and prompt troubleshooting for high-level meetings such as; enterprise customer meetings, board meetings, earnings calls, Company All Hands, as well as many departmental All Hands, and various community events attended by both Twilions and non-Twilions.As the first titled manager of AV Services, I was able to create a team and support model from the ground up and look forward to higher operating capabilities.

Maintained the basic operations of 400+ conference rooms across 26 countries, including remote troubleshooting and vendor management to ensure problems were resolved as time and budget allowed. Created user and technician troubleshooting documentation as well as commissioning guides for vendors from scratch. Constantly sought to improve the user experience through simplification of design and uphold customer service. Took over the project management of the AV portion of new offices, refreshes, and expansions totaling an add of 100+ rooms over the year tenure in this position. Additionally, took over the license management and planning of Zoom. Gained experience in M&A exercises and long-term planning in the context of the global pandemic.

Provide audio-visual support for a large scale tech company in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities include organizing media in the library, assisting and supporting the librarian, aiding students with general knowledge questions and questions specific to texts found in the library.
