I started this small, Etsy business on my own in 2013 and continue to run it by myself. I design all of the products, list, package and ship them. Communicating and providing customer service with past, present and future customers happens daily. I also track sales, costs, revenue and develop advertising methods to promote the business.

I mainly worked in the water park area monitoring the locker system and providing customer service and assistance. I handled cash transactions with guest regarding locker rentals as well as in the park’s gift shops. When working in the shops, items were rung up and bagged efficiently. I also received the golden pineapple of hospitality for the 2016 season.

I worked closely with campers aged from Kindergarten to Sixth grade, usually one-on-one with a specific camper who had behavioral or developmental disabilities. I would lead and/or assist in daily activities for the campers as well as keeping them on schedule, ensuring their safety and well-being, and making sure their experience was fun. I was one of three counselors who also worked the early morning pre-camp for parents who needed to drop off their kids before camp officially begun.

Summerbridge Louisville is a tutoring program offered to middle school students. I taught language arts to the students in the morning and assisted them with their homework, prepared and served lunch, and led gym activities in the afternoon. I also organized a lesson for each day.
