Throughout my career, my role has progressed from pure technical delivery to a more complete understanding of all aspects of the electronic trading business. I have a proven history of design, implementation and delivery of high availability analytic platforms. I have created bespoke analytics and reports to aid and evaluate trading decisions, in all stages of the trading process, covering pre-trade modelling, intraday monitoring and post-trade evaluation. I have extensive experience in execution analysis – building a suite of analytics to enable identification of actionable insights from large amounts of raw data, focussing on identification of potential areas of optimisation in trading styles and algorithmic strategy behaviour. I have years of experience in team and stake-holder management, program delivery, managing timescales and deadlines, but the secret to my success lies in my ability to effectively translate between business and technology strategy to deliver on promises and exceed client expectations.
