About Catherine Wolting
I started my career 15 years ago as a CSR taking calls and have navigated my way through multiple roles in all types of call centers. I have had the opportunity to work in existing call centers as well as new but have particularly enjoyed creating them from the ground up. I have managed staffing levels and needs, created training and quality assurance programs, led the role out of phone systems and call center software, and have managed up to 50 employees at one time. I am looking for a position where my unique skillset can be used and built upon so that I can continue to be challenged and grow within a stable organization.
