Currently in private practice focusing on CBT (including classic exposure response prevention for OCD/anxiety), DBT, Schema Therapy, and Substance Use Disorders.Since March of 2018, I've worked as an therapist in a variety of programs utilizing DBT-informed and CBT skills and protocols, and have been specifically trained in CBT approaches via Rogers Behavioral Health which is one of the few programs worldwide that is endorsed by the International OCD Foundation. August of 2019 to March 2022, I was a primary therapist in a Mental Health and Addiction Recovery program. Prior programs I've worked in specialize in care of persons with Eating Disorders, OCD/Anxiety, Mood Dysregulation, and Substance Use. I've worked in the mental health field since 1990, in direct patient care, admissions, utilization review, and as a TMS technician.
