Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor, with a bachelor in Cultural Management. I am absolutely passionate about helping people reach their happiest and healthiest life through natural and holistic methods. Throughout these years I’ve had the opportunity to work both in a clinic in-office environment and remote environment, and have helped people reach their health goals in a healthy and self-compassionate way. Some of my main areas of work have been weight loss, Diabetes prevention and management, mindfulness, nervous system regulation and fitness training. I am very disciplined, adaptable and determined. I am always committed to give my 100% in everything I do and always looking for ways to grow and improve as a coach, employee, co-worker and most importantly: human being.
