• Ensure that Automotive standards and company requirements are respected and tracked for processes and equipment;• Maintains and tracks the main key performance indicators in the production / company processes (downtime / scrap / OEE);• Prepare the necessary equipment and tools for the design of the production line / capacity increase (equipment and tools, poka-yoke devices, sensors);• Supporting and coordinating the activities for the transfers of the production lines, debug and configuring the equipments together with the suppliers;• Responsible for creating, sharing and archiving standard work instructions, Process flow, Feature lists, First Off, Last Off, process parameters, line layout;• Provides support in launching new processes in serial life and continually improving existing ones;• Provides production support in case of process deviations and maintains the interface with customers / departments;• Provides support in performing PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, and manages Run @ Rate, Process / product feasibility analyzes and capability analyzes;• Assists with internal and external audits, internal and client problem solving meetings ( 8D Reports, 5 Why, takes actions and determines solutions together with team members;• Responsible for preparing test trials for new processes / products;• Participate to regular project / department meetings;• Train the line leaders, trainers and operators according with the process parametres, process flow and product specifications regarding customer requirement;• Compliance with 5S standards.
