o Initiates, drives, and coordinates all engagements of project activities within project teams (cross-functional teams).o Capturing and manages customer or internal required activities for AS100 projects.o Initiates and coordinates meetings with customer and with all involved departments including BU.o Presented progress reports and achievements for Quality, Cost and Timing to different ALV boards (TRB, PLBR etc).o Proactively identify and escalate to proper forums to mitigate the project risks (pre-CCRT, PFT).o Coordination of divisional and global projects (e.g. new Ford Focus).o Actively participations in quotation phases (AS034).

o Technical responsible for concept, validation and approvals according legal and Customer / internal requirements.o Prepare and update all the required deliverables (internal and customer) related with concept and product validation (DGD, PDC, SC/CC, DFMEA, DVP&R, CPA, DR etc).o Manage all customer and internal ALV tasks, design changes by finding solutions to be integrated and suitable for car environment.o Collaboration with PVE, D-group, Design Authority per each product type.o Assessment, preparation and interpretation of tests reports before being presented to customer.

o Supported timely delivery of projects, ensuring outstanding quality and standards.o Coordinating the designer’s groups towards department and team accomplishments.

Creating and designing the poka-yoke, jigs and devices for assembly stations / production lines according with modified or new applications of products.
