Senior Supply Chain Specialist
Current- Provide support/coordination on the subcontracting process related to Planning and Purchasing activities within the Supply Chain department;
- Plan, prepare, process and monitor the various SAP instances related to Planning and Purchasing activities(planned orders/production orders/purchase requisitions and purchase orders) for subcontracting process;
- Ensure accuracy of SAP related to subcontracting-planning and purchasing activity (Materials/PIR's/Source Lists / Purchase Orders);
- Maintain relationship with subcontracting suppliers to ensure good, reliable, and continue flow of supply;
- Support the Supply Chain department area with the specific data processing and management activities(data analysis on volumes/costs of subcontracting process for history/manufacturing plan/forecast);
- Using Business Inteligence (BI) to develop various reports in order to monitor the production plan and inventory level and deliver them to Leadership, outlining performance / productivity to drive process improvements;
