• Serving as a bridge between business leaders, development, testing, and project teams, identifying and addressing problem areas, gaps, or conflicts based on gathered information.• Developing and updating project documentation, such as use cases, flowcharts, and other relevant artifacts as required. • Collecting and reviewing product & business requirements and translating them into technical specifications or user stories.• Mapping process flows, identifying system and process solution components, and producing functional specifications for solution components or integrated solutions.• Facilitating communication of project requirements with the product delivery team, including developers, analysts, QA, and product managers.• Maintaining a prioritized Product Backlog and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient implementation.• Conducting quality assurance testing on the product and offering technical support for multiple stakeholders

• Coordinate, organize and monitor the sales activity within the network to reach the sales objectives according to the potential in the designated area (12 branches in Bucharest Region, 41 sales representatives)• Organize trainings, workshops and coaching sessions with employees and provide continuous feedback to them in order to increase the sales performance• Developing drafts and monitoring reports (daily, weekly, monthly or when required) of the branches results in sales

•Manage the leasing sales activity in the most two representative areas in Bucharest; BRD Group Dorobanti and BRD SMCC -more than 30 branches with leasing sales targets•Supervising the Commercial Team Representatives (Operations Department members allocated for the commercial initiatives). Support the team in the preparation of commercial offers (pricing and transaction pricing), follow up of various commercial initiatives in order to reach the targets•Negotiate terms and obligations with potential customers, business partners and with suppliers, frame offers and contracts; find customized solutions tailored to corporate customers.

Conduct negotiation with high customers/BRD Branches in case of big amounts unpaid; Coordinate personnel from BRD branches and BRD Sogelease Operations Department in order to find and implement customized solutions to reschedule aged debts; Provide weekly reports to BRD Sogelease General Director and to the Non Performing Loans Directors from BRD

Ensures the achievement of sales targets established by the company; Market research on business opportunities; Set up projects in order to meet specific requirements; Account development and performs contractual conditions changes upon customer request complying with all procedures in force
