Key Achievements- Implementation of GPS monitoring of transportation routes in regard to security as well as cost benefits- Total or partial renovation of 21 regional branches and more than 50 points of presence- Total review and negotiations with internal divisions and external clients of the routes, points of collection, time schedules and commission fees, that lead to a 15% decrease of costs and time, and improved cash, and other valuables flowResponsibilities- Planning, organisation, implementation and management of the institution’s resources for procurement, storage and distribution of the goods- Organisation and management of the bank’s central warehouse- Management of the Administrative Procurement department - Organisation, management and monitoring of the transportation and distribution routes of valuables and goods on a national level- Management of the maintenance and administration of the bank’s points of presence (more than 500, including 37 regional branches)

Key Achievements- Implemented annual and half-annual budgeting for all branch’s divisions- Opened 12 new and closed 4 points of presence- Reviewed the entire external and internal branch’s advertising elements in Chisinau, including design and opportunity placement studiesResponsibilities- Perform on a regular basis budgeting and financial-economic analysis of branch's activity, and each and all of its 43 points of presence- Monitoring on a daily basis the currencies cash flows in the points of presence- Issue quarterly and annual reports to be presented to the bank’s management board of the branch’s financial and performance indicators- Investigations on the economic opportunity of opening or necessity for closing of specific bank’s locations (estimation of the results, both short and long term, taking into consideration the territorial placement, clients’ flow, negotiation of the lease contract etc.)

Key Achievements- Member of the team preparing the documents for the foundation of the ProCredit Bank - prepare, distribute, collect, analyse and present all of the submission form and documents from our Shareholders for and according to the National Bank of Moldova requirementsResponsibilities- Preparing on a monthly basis reports on company’s activity (lending and financial statements)Analytic processing of reports, studies on the entire programme, part of which being the company, as well as on small and micro enterprises sector of he Republic of Moldova
