About Catalin Grajdieru

In just 4 years, the project that started practically from zero as a Logistics Division employing a total of 8 people, grew to become a full-fledged Supply Chain, which now employs 78 persons. Thus, under my sole leadership, management and guidance, delivering at the beginning only fruits and vegetables to 5 stores, today we deliver 25% of the company's assortment to 67 nationally placed stores, comprising of ambient, fresh and ultra-fresh, and frozen products, and planned to reach at the end of the current year 40% of the goods sold in our stores. The move, in 2012, from managing the logistics of cash and other valuables to Fast-moving consumer served as a big challenge to me. Using my skills of self-discipline, prioritisation, project and resources management, designing and implementing innovative process and operations, a drive for knowledge and continuous improvement contributed to develop the most sophisticated supply chain in grocery retail of Moldova.
