Leading the wide bank digital transformation program (Apollo); coordinating tribes implementation to achieve the bank growth strategy goals for 2019-2022.

Outline the retail banking digital transformation strategy; responsible with the implementation of the retail banking Agile teams (perimeters); design&setup the new branch flagship model.

As ExCo member I have been in charge with the directions of bank transformation by developing a strategy and follow-up the implementation. Organize units of PMO, Change management and L6S as vectors of changing the organisation.Closely supports senior leaders and the transformation agenda.

PMO department manages ING’s strategic investment and ensures optimization of changes portfolio.By direct reporting to CEO I've assured the alignment of change environment to bank strategy. Also I have provided the bank management board with the integrated overview of projects portfolio (budgeting, forecasting, dependencies). Main areas of activities:- project management (waterfall, Agile) coordination for all kind of projects (Retail, Wholesale, IT, Ops, Finance or Risk)- BPM/process improvement/optimisation - L6S- process optimisation / cost control / resources management- prioritisation of projects/capacity overview- UAT- setup the new PMO: governance/organisation/processes- overall coordination teams of PM, L6S and TMsMain achievements:- organize PMO structure under One Bank governance- develop MTP PMO preparation & control process- fully spread of L6S capabilities within the whole organisation- prepare organisation for next UAT methodology level- issue the new PM manifesto (how/why/where)- PMO: one true&reliable change data- own projects: HO relocation, FATCA, CRS, several retail business or IT related
