Responsible for Professional Trade Channel in South District CEE (Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Moldova and Albania)Main responsibilities:- Define and implement the Marketing activity plan for district South in CEE.- Design trade promotional strategy, aiming for sustainable and profitable growth. - Coordinate new product launches, develop pricing strategy and Route to Market strategy

Main responsibilities:- Create and develop long-term strategy for Hair Care, Hair Color, Face Care and Deo categories.- Identify category opportunities and implement specific projects to drive category growth. - Analyse shopper behaviour and build recommendations based on shopping trends. - Optimize price and product availability to maximise revenue growth.

Coordinate CEE Trade Marketing teams (Poland&Baltics, Czech Republic&Slovakia, Hungary&Slovenia, Romania&Bulgaria) in order to execute and deliver the Operational Business Plan.

Develop and deliver the Operational Business Plan for Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Moldova, Macedonia, Kosovo and Albania, together with Brand/Category Teams and Account Management Team.

Develop the Foods business for Supermarkets and Hypermarkets channels in Romania, within the company strategy and targets assigned.

Develop the Personal Care business for Cash&Carry channel in Romania, within the company strategy and targets assigned.

Identify and solve the overdue issues for all International Key Accounts in Romania.

Record Bank statements, perform compensations and monthly reconciliations for all International Key Accounts in Romania.
