- Monitor the KPIs (Sales, NPS, Solving Rate, Productive hours/Activity) and manage all necessary actions to keep them on track.- Giving feedback and creating action plans for low performers;- Coaching top performers;- Close monitoring of the team’s performance;- Rise the competency of agents;- Training and motivating team members in performing additional tasks;- Supervising and evaluating the performance of agents on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;- In charge of weekly KPI'S;- Taking part in the recruiting process (in charge with creating the role play and scripts) and interviewing potential new agents;
