Having worked for 25 years in media & comm, 15 years at the top of the industry, in positions such as Executive Manager, Senior Media & Marketing Manager or Business Newspaper Editor-in-Chief, I have accumulated a huge variety of experiences. I have managed aggressive expansion (team hiring, project budgeting and new products, marketing and marketing promotion) as well as severe crises. I have published political and economic opinion articles, produced and hosted daily tv shows, but I have also produced economic forums with a target of 30-50,000 euro/edition, and negotiated advertising contracts worth over 100,000 euros annually.I have built projects involving the direct participation of Romanian Presidents, Prime-ministers and members of Cabinet and directly discussed with the most important businesspeople in the country. I worked with 1500 journalists and Communication people and I have directly negotiated the salary and broadcast budgets of some of the country's most important TV moderators.
