I was responsible for end-to-end financial management and advice in ensuring deliverables are completed and delivered to client.I ensured Monthly/Quarterly/Contract life financials are aligned with Plan/QCF and are a realistic representation of the future whilst in compliance with US GAAP/ Accenture policy.I worked as part of a team with Sales Delivery Leads (SDL’s) to ensure forecasting is accurate and any changes are reflected on a daily basis as well as advising ways of mitigating any inefficiencies occurring in contracts.I reviewed contracts and advised on contracting issues between different entities. I was responsible for reviewing and approving pricing for new contracts/ extensions to ensure they are financially feasible and free of errors whilst in alignment with other tools such as MMS [Salesforce].Part of monthly tasks was to ensure sales are booked in SAP in a timely manner and in compliance with Accenture policies.I worked on ad hoc requests from Leadership on model pricing scenarios using MMP [pricing tool].

I was Responsible for Month End/Quarterly reporting and variance analysis for 2 medium sized French entities and periodically managed the tasks for the main French entity. I was involved in the implementation of a Power BI template for the whole Gallia region which allows the country controllers to review Revenue and MPB for all companies in Gallia. With this experience I created PBI templates and databases for the whole Gallia Region in relation to Intercompany month end and year end Audit reports which increased the efficiency and mailability of the reports.I was responsible for ensuring WBS SOX for the whole Gallia region are performed and completed as well as providing required information to our auditors.I also assisted with other ad hoc tasks such as DAS2 Reporting and answering any queries from Global.

I assisted the accounts payable with all tasks such as processing invoices to account reconciliations. I was solely responsible for the accounts receivable function. I also assisted with any other work and projects handed from management such as foreign bank account reconciliations. I was responsible for compiling all the data required for ensuring subcontractors are paid as this is highly important to the business as a whole. On a bi-weekly basis these transactions amount in a range of 5-8 million euro.
