1. Contract Activation- I am required to administer contracts for clients, vendors and/or Sub-Contractors, including renewals. In charge of Contract loading and processing Medium to low and transactional Contracts.2. Contract details- Ensure the correctness and completeness of contract information and data by verifying all subcomponents and documents of the contracts are included and that all details is completed, validated and correct.- Provide an administrative function to the Contract Lifecycle Management team, including coordinating meetings and dealing with Group, Region and Country Contracts queries,- Assist in preparing contracts and renewals for delivery, approval and sign-off. They track approvals and signatures and will escalate concerns when approvals are outstanding beyond the allocated time frame.3. Contract renewal triggering- Keep track of contract renewal dates and they ensure that contracts are renewed before they can expire. They escalate details of renewals that will not be executed on time to Contract Specialists.- Ensure Renewal packs are being produced within allotted OLA’s- Adhere to the On-Time Renewal Percentage and maintain above 95% pass rate4. Data administration- Ensure that all relevant Tier 1 Tools and CMDB tools are regularly kept up to date with correct and accurate Contract related Data from the contract lifecycle management process.- Also ensure data correctness and consistency across all documentation and Tier 1 Tools and systems. They are therefore required to take ownership of the data integrity. Where there are errors or discrepancies, I will investigate and correct or escalate for resolution. - Assist in resolving queries relating to the data itself and assist team members to access the data.- Relevant tools: SAP, ITSM, Contract Management Tool, Salesforce, Power BI, Service Now, etc.5. Contract Reporting- Prepare and distribute required reports including renewal schedules, client schedules, etc..

- Marketing specialist for UK & Ireland in the Consumer Business Group Department;- Working close with our local office in UK & Ireland for marketing campaign creation;- Follow-up on the campaigns that are in progress or already finished;- Checking acceptance materials against our Purchase Orders provided by the suppliers related to the marketing/retail campaigns;- Solving finance issues that might occur during or after a campaign;

- Negotiator on contracts between the company and the touristic services supplier with an eye to obtaining better and competitive prices;- Management of the touristic destinations (Romania & Bulgaria);- Maintaining a good business relationship with company's partners for a better development of the regional business;- Promoting the destination to the local sales offices in Asia;- Increasing Romania's touristic visibility internationally through tourism industry;- Business trips in contracting season;

- To ensure that all invoices from suppliers are received and validated against purchase orders;- To pass the validated invoices to treasury department for payment;- Making payments to suppliers and resolving their statements about outstanding payments or future payments (Microsoft Navision);- To contact suppliers if and when their invoices do not match with our purchase order and resolve the differences;- To deal with suppliers and process their queries (discrepancies) quickly and efficiently;- To reply to all messages and queries from other offices and departments within 24 hours;- To file all correspondences received by the end of the day;
