The Employer Prepaid Health services program allows an employer to set up an account at the health center to cover a fixed cash amount worth of primary care health services for one year. The employee visits the health center for his/her primary health care needs at 20% off customary fees, and the cost of the visit is deducted from the amount set aside for that employee by the employer. White Mountain Community Health Center is an innovator in connecting small businesses in our regional economy with affordable health care. Our regional economy is dependent on self-employed, tourist driven, part-time and seasonal industries. Carroll County, NH has one of the highest uninsured rates in the state of NH. The Umbrella Project, White Mountain Community Health Center, Conway, NH. Design and coordinate an outreach and application assistance program to reduce the number of uninsured children in Carroll County, NH. A three-year grant-funded initiative through the HNHfoundation, Concord, NH. Program design, staff supervision, and reporting to grantor. Extensive outreach across Carroll County.

Collaborated as a founding Board Member to open a new nonprofit organization in fifteen months from concept to opening day. The organization has been operating successfully since 2006.
