Hola! I am Cata! I inspire people to find their inner spark, do what they love in their unique way so that we have a happy, inclusive and connected society. I do this by using the power of joy and connection.I am a Vivacious Speaker, facilitator and mentor. I have 20 years of combined experience in Engineering, Marketing, Events, Customer Relationships, Dance Teaching and Entertainment Management and community engagement.In 2021 I launched my second Social Enterprise, Vivacious by Catalina Gonzalez. Our mission is to inspire people to find their inner spark to better connect with themselves, others and their mission, through transformational learning programs and fun experiences.In 2014, I Co-founded Mosaik Experiences, a Social Enterprise that creates inclusive cultural experiences to inspire a sense of community and belonging among older adults and people with disabilities. Mosaik provides employment opportunities to CALD artists and professionals. After 7 years, I stepped down from my role as Co-Director.I create, facilitate and manage wellness programs and activities for teams, migrants, older adults and people with disabilities. I mentor purposeful entrepreneurs and professionals, facilitate entrepreneurship workshops through Social Enterprise Academy and I am the quirky and fun MC at the Spanish Language Fiesta and other amazing events.
