After a successful career as a C-suite business executive, I transitioned my leadership and management expertise to focus on my true passions: environmental sustainability and social justice. My experience leading high-performing teams and executing strategic initiatives in the corporate world has equipped me with the skills to drive impactful change in the environmental and social sectors.As the co-founder of the Cleveland Heights Green Team, I leverage my business acumen to foster community collaboration and promote sustainable practices that reduce carbon footprints and promote environmental stewardship. My role as a member of the Cleveland Heights Environmental and Sustainability Committee allows me to contribute to shaping policies that support climate action, resource conservation, and urban sustainability.In addition to my environmental work, I serve on the Board of Collaborate Cleveland and am an active member of its Equity Committee. Here, I focus on advocating on amplifying and celebrating the work of women through the lens of gender justice. My journey from the corporate world to environmental and social justice advocacy reflects my belief that true leadership is about serving others and creating a more equitable, sustainable future. I am committed to building a world where environmental protection, social equity, and gender justice go hand-in-hand, using my experience to lead impactful initiatives that empower communities and individuals alike.
