Throughout this 1.5 year program I will be able to work in 3 different Food and Beverage outlets including 2 Michelin Star restaurant Enoteca, Banquets and Arola.

I am currently doing my Internship at the Arola Restaurant in Hotel Arts Barcelona. − Chef de Rang, supervising a commis− Opening and closing the restaurant− Mise-en-place before and after service− Assist with seating the guest and payment transactions− Ensure excellent guest service

- Creating new accounts for new and existing customers- Receiving and posting payments from company customers- Analysing account discrepancies- Controlling payments- Working with tour operators from Europe as well as Israel and Turkey.- Reviewing payment terms and conditions- Problem solving- Customer service- Liaising with Key Account Managers

- Setting up new trades- Ad hoc research work- Translations German – English

- Supporting sales team- Organising and attending meetings as well as taking minutes when required- Updating website and intranet- Translations German – English – Spanish- Handling telephone and email enquires
