- Devising, planning and executing strategies for the development and growth of the Product, Insights, IT, AV Production and Partnerships teams, in order for them to exploit their full potential. - Talent acquisition/Recruiting: Manage of the recruitment process cycle end-to-end. Conducting Kick-Off Meetings, identifying needs, surveying requirements and expectations. Carrying out the search and selection processes of AV Production, IT, Product, Data, Marketing profiles, on-camara talents, among others. Follow-up of candidates and issuing of offers. - Execution of strategies in terms of organizational climate, engagement, satisfaction, performance, compensations, career plans and internal leveling. - Onboarding new employees.

- Conduct initial phone screenings and interview candidates for a wide variety of positions and profile (junior, senior and executive) - (Product, AV Production, Marketing, Finance, Tech/IT, Analytics) - Design, distribute and measure candidate experience survey results to maintain a positive experience. - Advise leaders on interviewing techniques and assessment methods. - Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. - Create and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish qualification criteria for prospective employees. Screen resumes and job applications. - Participation in cross people area tasks such as business events and summits coordination.- Think, research, and develop projects from the beginning as onboarding, referrals, benefits, etc.

Survey of technology profiles in various specialities: Developers, DevOps, Cibersecurity, Infrastructure, BI, among many others. - Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews.- Definition of search strategies. Detection of new sources of recruitment.- Conducting meetings with clients. Preparation of presentations and reports.- Mentoring and career coaching.- Generation of internal reports.

- Admission, evaluation and monitoring of families who are part of foster care processes.- Admission and evaluation of professionals and volunteers who wish to take part in the project. - Psychological accompaniment and evolutionary monitoring of children in foster care processes. - Planning and management of workshops and training for mothers, fathers and children of families who are part of foster care processes.
