    In the startup environment, the Office Manager position includes many tasks and responsibilities: - Liaising between the company and banks. - Liaising between the company and an accounting firm (Inlea) and HR (Puigverd Assessors). - Controlling paychecks and making payments (domestic and international bank transfers). - Controlling tax models before approving them for presentation (M.303 IVA, M.216 IRPF no residentes, M.145 IRPF, M.200 IS). - Controlling expenses and tracking bank account movements. - As a startup that received European funding, it is mandatory to carry out annual audits. I helped prepare 2 audits, working closely with an accounting firm (Inlea) and an audit firm (BakerTilly) - I worked closely with the technical department to make purchases looking for the best suppliers. - I participated in the Honey-ai.com web designing mock-ups. I worked closely with a front-end developer and a graphic designer. - Planning, organization, and moderator of the Honey.ai webinar, where we launched the product by presenting it to the Spanish apiculture sector. The webinar lasted for 2hs. It started with the company's presentation, followed by a live demo, then an explanation of the equipment and prices, and ended with a Q&A. I moderated the whole session with 100+ assistants. (March 2022) - From the 4th to the 7th of April 2022, we participated in Alimentaria at Fira BCN. I planned and organized the logistics to set up our stand (coordinating transport, parking tickets, and tickets for clients and suppliers). - From the 10th to the 12th of May 2022, we participated in IOT WC. I designed the poster for our stand, where our microscope was exposed. I coordinated the team's calendar so that we could all be part of the event. - Scripting, filming, and editing tutorial videos for clients to learn how to use Honey.ai.
