Solution Application Manager
CurrentEnsure that the tool deliverables are aligned with our business goals and IT set up- Collect, evaluate and prioritize new demands to minimize resolution time- Define and implement governance policies for the tool portfolio, according to the stakeholders- Monitor the performance and health of tools to identify and resolve any issues promptly- Ensure the tool is deployed and operated in alignment with company policies- Coordinate second level team support to ensure service continuity- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the tool lifecycle- Evaluate, implement and communicate regular tool updates according to the impact - Analyze tool data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions- Report on the performance of tools to stakeholders- Create and update service related documentation (eg. Basic Knowledge Articles for end users)- Service Management guidelines implemented to ensure service availability (Incident Management, Change Management, etc.)
