Hi! I am a senior at the University of Colorado Boulder as well as a competitive ice climbing coach, routesetter, and mountain guide. I am working towards a degree in Integrative Physiology, as well as certificates in Public Health and STEM Education, and have experience using R Studio and Excel as well as skills in biostatistical analysis, risk management, and leadership. Currently, I am seeking an internship or part-time position in the field of public health in the front range or Durango regions of Colorado. I am deeply passionate about serving my local area, and hope to contribute meaningfully to its growth and in doing so, foster a deeper connection with my community.I am heavily involved with the Ice Coop in Boulder, where I coach elite and competitive teams, and act as one of two lead routesetters to ensure route quality and safety in the gym. With over a decade of rock climbing experience and several certifications under my belt, I also work seasonally for Basecamp in Ouray and Mountain Trip in Telluride guiding via ferrata and single pitch rock climbing trips for all ages and ability levels. I also compete for the USA Ice Climbing Team where I took 2nd place at the 2024 Ice Climbing World Cup in South Korea. In doing so, I became the first American to ever podium in lead climbing at an Ice Climbing World Cup.
