This industry involves a high level of urgency and flexibility, having to face urgent issues that need fast reactions on a regular basis, attention to details and creativity. Therefore, I have learnt how to handle pressure, how to multitask and how to prioritize my daily work in order to be effective and autonomous. Constant customer support and a high level of end-user satisfaction were some of the main priorities in my activity.At the same time, this experience has taught me the great value of working in a team, collaborating with individuals of different nationalities, professional backgrounds and cultures.After four years of working in an industrial environment, I felt the need to try something completely new and went for a radical change choosing a seasonal job in a Romanian startup food truck company called Mexican Bizness. Alongside the specific tasks in this type of business, as a Purchasing manager, I was in charge with sourcing the necessary raw materials and inventory management. Moreover, I have constantly used my communication skills in order to successfully manage various circumstances involving the customers and I have learnt a lot about selling techniques and consumer behavior.
