- I started my journey as an Intern for 2 months at LBPP LIA Depok, a private English school in Jakarta, where I was part of an educational programme as a facilitator and moderator, I did study visits to several Indonesian schools and organized learning workshops for the students on different topics.- In the following months I volunteered, travelled and teached English in different parts of Indonesia, getting in touch with the local culture and all kind of innovative initiatives in education, learning Indonesian language and exploring remote places.

During my traineeship at Danone I worked in the Learning & Organizational Development area and I was part of different short and long term projects.- I was involved in the whole process of building the Learning Plan of the company for one year, from needs assessment, gathering the information needed, finding the right learning solutions, implementing and evaluating the results.- I was in charge with building a portfolio of training suppliers and choosing the best solutions for the learning needs of the company.- I planned and organized several soft skills and hard skills training according to the Learning Plan.- I was a trainer for the Digital Reverse Mentoring Programme, an impactful intervention in the company for raising awareness amongst the managers regarding the digital skills needed nowadays.

As the manager of the External Affairs department I was in charge with:- Coordinating the activity of a team of 15 members;- Creating the context needed for the members to develop skills and abilities related to the external affairs topic.- Organising trainings and events for the team and the other members of the organisation- Developing the short-term and mid-term strategy for the department.

- Learning the basics in different areas such as Human Resources & International Affairs, the specific of the 2 departments, but also Fundraising, Public Relations, Marketing, gaining different skills: work with a team, organize tasks, respect deadlines, communication, team building.- Part of the organizing teams for 2 projects: "Personal Development School" (2008) and "Visual Playground" (2009)- Project Manager of a videoconference held in partnership with the British Council and the University of Reading from UK (2010)
