I am currently working on a SaaS (B2B) platform that connects companies that offer courses and seminars with those that want to develop their employees skills, from over 50,000 offers, from over 1,500 organizers.Specifically, I help with: Understanding the users needs via interviews, qualitative and quantitative testing in order to transfer on the newer platform the things that work and see where we need to step up in terms of functionalities and design. In addition to that, creating and preparing the design and flows on Figma and FigJam, have strong connection with the stakeholders, developers and marketing in order to give a nice shape to the product.

I was there as a project based UX | UI Designer and helped them to bring much more clearity related to a product called NCLEX Virtual Trainer that aims to help students to become future nurses all around the world.Specifically, I helped with: Initially, organizing the current design files on Sketch and exporting them to developers through Zeplin. Also I talked to clients in order to understand their needs, and ultimately createing new features for the Virtual Trainer platform.

I helped the company to create new experiences for over 500 million users worldwide. Through complex design decisions, the mobile team and I have increased the subscription rate in the last year by over 18% compared to last year.Specifically, I helped with: Looking into the analytics on Google Play and App Store to see the user behavior in certain situations, launching qualitative and quantitative tests, creating user personas and researching competitors apps in order to find and improve retention rate and the overall usability of the app. After documenting all those things, creting wireframes, UI components and asisting developers throughout the implementation phase.

I worked as a UI and Graphic Designer and helped them to improve there website and social media platforms.Specifically, I helped with: creating amazing social media posts for Facebook and Instagram that promote their services in order to attract more clients. In addition, I designed new UI components for the clients websites.
