Job description:Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable;Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results;Analyze financial information and summarize financial status;Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending;Provide technical support and advice on Management accountant;Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures;Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers;Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process;Provide input into department’s goal setting process;Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule;Assist with tax audits and tax returns;Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance;Plan, assign and review staff’s work;Support month-end and year-end close process;Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Job description:Gather information on hours worked for each employee;Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system;Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed;Prepare and execute pay orders through an electronic system;Administer statements of payment to personnel;Process taxes and payment of employee benefits;Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.;Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors;Prepare reports for management;Organize and maintain personnel records;Update internal databases and REVISAL;Prepare HR documents;Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance;Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics;Answer employees queries about HR-related issues;D112 Fiscal report.
