Was responsible for 5 processes within the accounts payable team: E-trading, Corporate Expenses, Vendor Payments, Vendor Data Management and Reporting for the entire EU region.Adapted to working with multiple languages (German, French, Spanish and Italian). My main responsibility was to maintain and improve the percentage of electronically received invoices vs. manually processed invoices.Developed and executed the migration strategy for the UK and IE region improving the EDI to manual ratio from 66% to 85% and stabilising the EDI hit rate (percentage of auto matched invoices) at over 95%.Offered technical support for my colleagues, maintained and developed macros for the AP UK IE department.
