Main responsibilities and daily duties:- Coordination of production activity for 55 employees.- Responsible for organizing production activities in order to execute the production plan in time and according to quality standards.- Continuous training, coaching and daily support for subordinates.- Active involvement in production planning and continuous improvement of all activities.- Monitor the material consumption and the reduction of scrap.- Close connection with managers, leaders and other departments (Fine Scheduling, Quality, Training, Shipping, Supermarket, Material Quality, Repair, Maintenance);-Communicate clear instructions to team members and assure that all work instructions and procedures related to production activities are known and followed by subordinates.- Establish action plans and follow-up meetings, continually challenge individuals and teams to improve Key Performance Indicators.- Applying the LEAN manufacturing principals and used successfully the Lean six sigma basics and 5S for the best results -Responsible for quality control, to make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications. Reject products which are outside of specifications.-Communicate with other team leaders and shift leaders.-Evaluation of all employees at the end of year or when it’s need.-Ability to influence change in a positive spirit of cooperation and collaboration.-Providing feedback to subordinates and collect all the ideas, feedback from subordinates and communicate those to who are able to take a decision.
