Scheduling, programming and producing for the companys studios, working for PRO TV, MediaVision, MediaPro Music, one of the most significant records company in Romania and for other companies from Mediapro Pictures and Mediapro International. Music Director at the biggest TV event ever in Romania, The New Years Eve "Reveliunea PRO TV", a huge concert with 50 bands and singers, broadcasted live for 12 hours from The Revolution Place in Bucharest. Music Director at the three-day concert "Propaganda PRO FM", with over 100 bands and singers.Entertainer in Ploiesti at the "Total Solar Eclipse Show" in the main square of the city and also at the "Wine Festival" from Ploiesti. Other observations:I managed and finalized projects for multimedia presentation CDs for Mediapro Pictures, for ProSound & Soft Production, "Propaganda PRO FM" for Pall Mall, "Tuborg Music Collection" for Tuborg, I was involved in realizing the musical illustration for a documentary series called "The Trial of Communism" and I produced and managed other audio productions for high-rated TV shows like "Daruiesti si cistigi", "Mos Craciun exista" or "5 ani de PRO TV - Multumim Romania". I worked, with my team, at the soundtrack of "Filantropica" movie, directed by Nae Caranfil. On a personal plan, I worked with Romanian singer/songwriter Adrian Daminescu at the soundtrack of "Amorphe" theatre presentation.

Producing mainly for PRO FM Radio Network, PRO TV Network but also with a lot of advertising agencies and individual clients.Producing the highly rated syndicated programs "Top 30 Airplay" and "PRO FM Jukebox" and over 500 commercials and promos. In the late 1998 I started the audio production studio from the movie studios MediaPro Studios in Buftea. I worked for PRO TV and for the mainly TV production house in Romania, MediaVision.

Supervising the day to day activity and program of the DJs team, working on concept of programs, copy-writing, producing commercials and promos, training DJs, and supervising activity of the production studio.The market share of the station increased from 40% to 48%, defeating the main competitor, the national radio station Romania Actualitati.

As a Music Manager I established the musical policy of the station, managing a musical database of over 7000 titles. As a DJ, I became officially "The best DJ in the city", on my program PRO FM having, according to market research, a rating of 52%.In this period the market share of PRO FM Ploiesti increased from 35% to 40%. All that time I continued to help and train my colleagues from the production department. Also I continued in conceiving, copywriting and directing commercials and promos, working with actors from "Toma Caragiu" theatre.

In that period I worked with analog equipment, like tape players-editors, CD players, analog mixing consoles or analog processors. In the late 1995 I implemented PC editing/processing in the production studio and promoted the PC usage for broadcasting, being the first producer in Ploiesti that "went digital".I also was copywriter and, most of the time, creative director, producing over 1000 commercials, jingles and promos. The station increased its profit with 50%. I worked for local events and managed a few projects, as the re-launch of the station or local celebrations co-operating with local authorities.
