We have identified the niche and crafted our market, our primary client segment to be the medium size enterprises which is a subset of the SME, however we would be focusing on the other subset of the SME’s on the subsequent phase. Our unique approach towards our target market is that we partner our client organizations in an effort to consistently achieve superior performance. This would be ventured through a process of management consultancy which would improve business practices and training and development that would empower human capital in such organizations. Thus we will help our clients achieve a truly sustainable competitive advantage that in turn will help them achieve superior corporate performance.
