As a Management and Risk Consultant at KPMG, for 2,5 years I have worked in several activity sectors (Retail Real Estate, Hotel and Maintenance Services, Agri-food, Transportation, Energy, Cement and Technology services), both in Portugal and Angola, in different business topics.- Centralization of the distribution fleet of a national group belonging to the agro-industrial sector, including the evaluation of scenarios for the creation of a new company, definition of a transfer plan for the group assets, analysis of the current supply chain processes as well as its reformulation and definition of the pricing model.
