I grew up near Sacramento, California, and left long summers for the east coast for college. I graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern Unversity with a BS in industrial engineering and an MS in engineering management. In my current role, I drive the development and implementation of overarching production strategies and day-to-day operations throughout our print operations team. I own schedules for game releases and innovation initiatives, create efficient solutions across different teams, and consistently look for ways to improve our way of working. Other than a brief stint in healthcare systems engineering, I've worked in toys and games since my first job at Lakeshore Learning in high school. I love the passion and creativity that my team brings to the office. I get a lot of hope and happiness from working on products that make people's days brighter. If you catch me outside of work, I'm probably restoring mid-century furniture, completing another DIY renovation on my home, in the middle of a baking frenzy, or curled up with a fantasy book. I have a silly dream to catch a baseball game at every park in America, and a bolder dream to one day own a flower farm. I'm a strategic thinker and an empathetic leader. I believe our differences are what make us great and I believe that no step is too small to celebrate. I don't have patience for large egos and the phrase "it's going to be hard" as an excuse.
