With more than 16 years of consulting experience, Catarina has worked on and support large-scale Transformation Programmes in both the UK and overseas (Brazil, Portugal, Angola & Spain).She has a strong analytical mind and being a conceptual thinker can apply solid programme management principles in a strategic context whilst achieving on time delivery. She focus in strategy, planning and delivery from scratch and delivering real lasting value to the client. Catarina is a versatile Programme & Project Manager who has planned and implemented a wide-range of delivery projects. These have ranged from, business governance and processes, change management, regulatory & compliance, and Big Data/BI implementation projects. Alongside the client work, Catarina sits on the NTT DATA Executive team, helping to coach and grow the practice in terms of sales pipeline, operations and the development / coaching of the team. Catarina is experienced in PRINCE2, PMP and Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with a degree in Management with additional Financial Services Certifications.
