- Manage recruitment for all business functions (Finance, People, Legal, Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Operations) across 11 European markets - Team management

Focus areas: Sales and Operations (recruiting for 11 markets). Also hired People, Marketing, Strategy and Finance roles. - Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting, screening, scheduling, interviewing, assessment testing and providing sound recommendations to hiring managers to ensure quality selection- Partner with hiring managers to drive international recruitment efforts across 11 different markets and provide guidance throughout the whole hiring process- Proactively search for and build relationships with suitable candidates to establish a pipeline for future roles- Extend job offers; ensure appropriate correspondence and counsel managers regarding hiring practices and procedures- Ensure that every candidate has a great understanding of who we are and what we do- Coach and advise other Talent Acquisition team members- Drive the search and recruitment process for executive profiles - Lead, co-lead and support multiple projects - Interviewer Training, Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Interview Preparation Guide and Kick-off process improvement

Focus areas: Sales, Operations and Corporate- Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, screen and guide candidates through the interview process and inform them about their offers or rejections- Improve recruitment processes together with my team- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and align with their department recruitment objectives- Liaise with colleagues from the HR team to align on staffing plans and processes- Collaborate with the international Recruitment team on initiatives that have local and global impact (e.g.participating in employer branding activities)- Advise the Country Manager on recruitment and HR related topics- Mentor and coach new joiners within the Talent Acquisition team

- Recruitment for IT positions and employer branding activities- Payroll, onboarding, exits, performance & development and training management

- Administrate HR processes: payroll, time management, staff entriesand exits- Manage benefits, provide statistics and necessary reports- Maintain personnel files and HRIS

- Build up operational recruitment across the Group in a shared services concept- Gather and monitor approved recruitment requests, maintain relevant statistics- Ensure correct job definition by liaising actively with hiring managers- Publish job ads, source and pre-select candidates up to qualified shortlist, including candidate testing- Interview for a wide variety of roles, tech and non-tech, in 8 different geographies
