I am passionate about research and policy-making, but also about projects that serve the needs of citizens, stakeholders and/or organisations. My involvement in European and international projects dates back to 2007. These range from grassroots to policy-oriented projects (both requiring a direct intervention with a wide variety of stakeholders ranging from beneficiaries to policy-makers, experts, civil society organisations or business representatives). I am currently dedicated to Technology Consulting activities for European institutions. I am responsible for:- Developing business in the EU (with a special focus on digital and technology-related matters in different policy areas);- Coordinating research to support policy-making (including EU-wide studies);- Leading projects that transform policies or translate research findings into tangible (digital) products for different types of stakeholders (from citizens to policy-makers);- Putting in motion co-creation processes and participatory approaches.Aside these responsibilities, I am committed to contributing to the professional growth of my teams and creating exciting opportunities for them. I am also a dedicated coach and a true believer of ‘sharing is caring’.Throughout the last 15 years, I have developed substantial gender equality expertise. I am also an enthusiastic advocate for equal opportunities. I am a proud ambassador and sponsor of Inclusion & Diversity in Advisory at PwC Belgium. I hold a MSc in Services Management and a 5-year university degree in Psychology.
