Duties and responsibilities: Process tender documents and ensure completeness of tender files,Coordinate the external price offers, update internal data base and ensure utilizing last price offer in new tenders,Assist the proposal manager controlling the tender planning by utilizing the STR software V2 project, direct and indirect cost analysis and AutoCAD as necessary,Identify new tenders in the public gazette, evaluate the prequalification requirements, CV’s selection and other technical and administrative requirements,Coordinate all incoming and outgoing correspondence related to each tender and ensure proper filing and traceability.
