Twenty-one years ago, I graduated from university as a social communicator and journalist. However, life took a different turn, and by divine intervention, I found myself in the fantastic world of Instructional Design.How did I end up working with e-learning? Shortly after getting married (over 15 years ago now), I was working in web writing for a news and entertainment channel in Latin America. Although I enjoyed writing (and still do!), I felt like something was missing. In 2009, while pursuing a specialization in Multimedia Management, my resume landed at an agency searching for an instructional designer, and I was selected for the position.As time passed and I learned more about what it means to be an instructional designer, I fell more and more in love with everything it entails. It's not just about writing; it's about analyzing, developing, and implementing pedagogical strategies to facilitate knowledge acquisition on any subject.Today, I have 15 years of experience creating and designing pedagogical strategies for multiple companies in the financial, service, and educational sectors. In the educational sector, I've collaborated with various schools and universities nationally and internationally.
