Following the board decision to remove GoGetta from the market, I was tasked with leading to customer service, collections, administration and sales teams to ensure efficient daily operation and of rundown of the $246 million-dollar GoGetta customer portfolio. Above and beyond leading a team of initially 25 staff and operational daily responsibilities, I have been proud to have also;• Played a key role in the coordination of 81 redundancies, implementing changing consolidation of positions with processes and programs to ensure team performance in line with the rundown structure. • Provided exceptional customer service to clients, applying company-stipulated processes with a regular assessment of data reports and implementation of change where necessary regarding profit, costing and budgets with a view to retaining regular payment from initial 8,389 customers (now 101). • Personal accountability of the end-to-end daily running of all areas within the GoGetta team, coaching the team to provide growth within the business and facilitate their transition into different areas of the business. • Engagement of external stakeholders including but not limited to auction houses, mercantile agents, brokerage firms and solicitors. • Valuation of data to provide performance feedback utilising POwerBi reporting to external parties, ensuring all actions fit the purpose of the GoGetta run down. Implemented and managed an ASIC Remediation program for 5,536 former clients.

Reporting to the Executive Project Manager, the Project Officer was responsible for coordinating a restructure to the Work Ready department. This included managing the process end to end including meeting with staff of 12 to provide guidance and coaching, and regular meetings with third party suppliers. • Played a key role in negotiating the clearance of assets, including a $15M bulk clearance deal, managing sourcing of assets from around Australia, conducting stocktakes and managing tow truck and freight organisations to consolidate and deliver. • Partnered with internal stakeholders to provide ability within the in-house systems to accommodate high volume and high-value allocation of assets.• Assisted with the management of the tender process including consolidation of documentation, development of reporting frameworks, adding value and critical evaluation during formal meetings with applicants. • Identified requirement for daily reporting on key objectives of the project, allowing immediate identification of issues and supporting Project Leaders to pivot if data suggested this was required. • Reduced of the idle pool from $26.8 million and 1600 assets to zero.• Designed and implemented Project Management Offices (PMOs) and related ‘practice excellence’ units.
