Challenge accepted!!The design and construction and interior fit out of the remotely located bubble hotels including land negotiations permits project management to completion sit along side the day to day operations of the Hotels all fall under my management I have full finical responsibility for the business including sales marketing and social media and content creation. September we will open the first Bubble Hotel SpaPrivate Jet Villa is a visual dream land that overlooks the Bubble Hotel at Nyang Nyang and is the brainchild of creative entrepreneur Felix Demin. I took the Private Jet Villa under my wing 4 weeks before its scheduled opening. Once onboard I dissolved the previous management partnership built the brand that you see today including all the digital assets, created a sales & marketing team and content creation. Within six weeks I had project managed the build to completion, created all menus, wines lists, service offerings, operational process and procedure. Ongoing maintenance, design improvements, creative installations and brand development collaborations are all a part of my remit here.Working closely with Felix to deliver his vision and find creative solutions to crazy ideas and left of centre requests - my specialty!!Not one to go it alone creating teams is essential to the success of the business. Hiring hotel teams, strategic management hires and succession planning business leaders to ensure ongoing exceptional guest service. I am proud of the teams that I have createdMost recently I have adopted Home Hotel and Space Hotel project design and construction to opening. Including project management, interior design, landscaping, digital marketing sales and content creation along side all financial management.

    Not one to shy away form an adventure...........The implementation of my redevelopment strategy saw the successful reinvigoration of the "The Espy" is the grand old lady of Pilbara region. Work to the 4.5 star 120 room hotel, 2 bars restaurant & events space included updating the brand, renovations to the Restaurant, Bar, Crows Nest(bar & event space), out door entertainment areas & reception. It also included complete menu rewrites marketing and engagement strategies. Recycling of existing furniture and fittings to reduce costs. The Port Hedland Airport Cafe was also part of my work profile. Regaining the trust of local PHE residents was key to the successful outcome.The Esplanade Hotel was built in 1904 since then has has offered hospitality to generations of travellers and more recently the FIFO workforce during the mining boom. Originally the top story provided open air sleeping accommodation to escape the sand flies at ground level! Thankfully these are not currently present!!This grand old lady of Australia's North West situated right next to one of the busiest ports in the world offers 108 rooms, fabulous alfresco dining in our restaurant or escaping the heat & delighting in a few cold ones in our relaxed Empire Bar with some of the best food in the Pilbara & always the best service.

Over the busy summer months Hotel Rottnest expands and contracts almost weekly to accommodate up to 4500 pax for the #Rottolive concert series including Castaway & Channel Swim & Port to Pub events Managing all facets of the business from maintenance to marketing including a team of up to 120 live in and commuter staff plus additional events staff. All whilst being hands on in the delivery of an enormous (and profitable) F&B and accommodation operation.
