Headed up the marketing arm of the Transaction Advisory Services for the Tri-State Area to support 65 regional commercial Real Estate brokers. Oversaw the creation, execution and performance of marketing collateral, pitch materials, email marketing campaigns, social media exposure, and events planning for the region. Served as liaison between the global marketing and pitch teams and the Tri-State Area, executing corporate brand roll outs and communicated feedback back to the graphic designers. Achieved an increase of 10% YoY in pitches won for the Tri-State Area through development and implementation of data-driven marketing strategies.
