I am performing monthly bookkeeping work for a variety of industries. Work includes monthly bank reconciliations, maintaining G/L every week, coding expenses/income and providing financial reports. I also provide training for QuickBooks when needed. Recently I did some updates and cleaning up for a client using Quicken. Weekly usage of Bill.com to enter bills and invoices, maintain files in the cloud, pay bills and receive payments.

Weekly support of clients with any issues on QuickBooks, banking, deposits, and payments. Monthly bank reconciliations, coding transactions and providing requested financial reports.

Monthly bookkeeping work for a variety of franchisees including Hoodz. Work included coding transactions, bank reconciliations, and creating financial reports in QuickBooks Online. Also weekly usage of Zoho and SharePoint to view/upload documents, uploading graphs and creating sites. Monthly training of franchisees to use QuickBooks Online and also QuickBooks Pro in a hosted environment. Trained clients to also use and invoice with AppointMate (a scheduling software used for non medical services). General administrative duties also include answering phone, providing email/phone support for customers and filing.
